In most countries, fresh means straight from the farm to the cutting board. Most of these restaurants' veggies are pre-sliced, sprayed with chemicals, packed in a bag that is injected with CO2. These veggies are usually a week old before they are even delivered by the distributor to the restaurant. Juan Mon’s veggies are always authentically fresh, no chemical or CO2.
Our menu might seem very elaborate and complex but our inventory is quite limited and focused. Even though we are an international restaurant with flavors and drinks from all over the world, we still like to keep things simple. This is still a business, and making money is the bottom line. In order to do this we must limit inventory minimize waste and maximize profits.
Our Juanwiches are good, really really good. Why? Well, besides the great mixture of international flavors, it really comes down to science and the way our bodies work. Before there was mass production and mass distribution, we ate only what we could pick fresh or what we could kill and cook that same day. This is how our bodies evolved and this is what our bodies genuinely want. Even though mass marketing and propaganda might “trick” us in to believing that we want the poor quality, preservative-full, “fake” food we see on T.V., we are still human, and once your body tastes the authenticity of our Juanwiches your body will not want to be “tricked” again.

Juan Mon’s is seeking highly-qualified individuals to become franchisees. Prior business experience, personal financial qualifications, individual motivation and a since Juan Mon’s is also in the private party/bar/club business, personality and ability to have a good time is also considered. But it all comes down to Juan Mon’s gut feeling and if he sees that you are motivated, ambitious and hard working your past can be left in the past so feel free to apply.
The cost of opening a Juan Mon’s varies with every location. Build out and remolding of existing leased commercial spaces can range from $50,00 - $150,000. Free standing locations can be built from $300,000, depending on location. Since Juan Mon’s does sell alcohol and could be turned into a Bar/Club, there are many options in how luxurious you want your Juan Mon’s to look like.
Royalty and Continuing Services fees are 6% of gross sales.
We are restricted by the Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations from providing you with specific profit projections. However most of our sandwiches have around a 500% mark up and Alcohol has around a 1000% mark up if not more so you can imagine how much potential profit owning a Juan Mon’s can bring you.
Not at this moment, but we will in the future. We will assist you with figuring out financing options in the areas of construction, SBA loans, and silent investors.
Each location is different, depending on a variety of factors, including site selection, build-out requirements and training. However, we would like to aim for approximately 6-8 months from signing the franchise agreement to opening day at your Juan Mon’s restaurant.
All new franchisees participate in a 6 week training program with Juan Mon himself.
All products, with the exception of produce, are delivered by a national distributor to all stores on a weekly basis.
